After logging in, you'll be guided through a setup wizard to create your first project. The wizard has four steps:

Step 2.1: Enter Domain Details

Domain - The website URL you want to track (e.g., example.com)
Target country - The geographic location for rank tracking

Step 2.2: Choose Your Plan

Select a subscription plan that fits your needs. This step is required before you can start tracking keywords.

Step 2.3: Add Competitors

Select competitor domains to monitor. DraftAI Studio will track their rankings alongside yours, giving you valuable competitive insights.

Step 2.4: Select Keywords

Choose keywords to track. The wizard provides AI-powered keyword suggestions based on your domain, or you can enter keywords manually.

Pro Tip

If you're managing multiple websites, create a separate project for each one. This keeps your data organized and allows for domain-specific recommendations.

Step 3: Add More Keywords

After the initial setup, you can add more keywords anytime from the Rank Tracker section:

Enter keywords manually (separate multiple keywords with commas or press Enter)
Assign tags to organize keywords by topic or campaign
Select target locations for each keyword group

DraftAI Studio will begin tracking your rankings immediately. Initial rank data typically appears within 24 hours.

Step 4: Run Your First Site Audit

Go to Site Audit and initiate a crawl of your website. The audit will scan your pages for:

Technical SEO issues (broken links, missing meta tags)
Performance problems (slow pages, large images)
Content quality (thin content, duplicate titles)
Mobile-friendliness concerns

Step 5: Create Your First AI Article

Visit the AI Content Editor and start creating SEO-optimized content:

Enter your target keyword or topic
Review the AI-generated outline
Customize the structure and tone
Generate and refine your article
